Return Policy

We check every phone before sale and handle return requests fairly based on the condition, warranty, and invoice terms for each purchase.

How returns work

  • Contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with a phone you purchased.
  • Bring the phone, accessories, box if supplied, and proof of purchase for inspection.
  • If the issue is confirmed and covered, we will repair, exchange, or refund according to the sale terms.

Eligible for review

  • Phones with a confirmed hardware fault that was not caused by misuse, water damage, impact damage, or third-party repair.
  • Items returned in the same condition supplied, including accessories and packaging where applicable.
  • Returns requested within the warranty or checking period written on the invoice or agreed at purchase.

Not covered

  • Change-of-mind returns after purchase.
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, software lock issues, account lock issues, or damage caused after sale.
  • Missing accessories, removed seals, altered serial numbers, or phones repaired by another party.

Important notes

Warranty periods and checking periods can differ between brand-new phones, used phones, accessories, and special-order items. The invoice or written sale note is the final record for the specific item purchased.

Refunds, if approved, are made using an agreed method after the item has been inspected. Processing time can depend on the payment method and bank.

This policy applies to purchases from Shoppy Mobile in Kadawatha, Sri Lanka. It does not replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
